10. Insert the rail fixing plate into the bottom of
the finisher and join them by inserting two M4
× 6 binding screws loosely.
11. Insert the guide rail into the rail fixing plate and secure it using two M4 × 6 binding screws at the positions where the
screw holes in it and those in the rail fixing plate meet.
12. Adjust the position of the rail fixing plate so
that the gap between the plate and the floor is
approximately 8.0 mm, and then tighten the
two loosely fitted M4 × 6 binding screws.
If the finisher and the copier do not engage
securely, perform the following finisher height
adjustment.
