Switching between double and single counts
Description
Switches the count system for the total counter and other counters.
Purpose
Used to select, according to the preference of the user (copy service provider), if A3/Ledger paper is to be
counted as one sheet (single count) or two sheets (double count).
Setting
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the count system using the cursor up/down keys.
Initial setting: DOUBLE COUNT(A3/LEDGER)
3. Press the start key. The setting is set.
Completion
Press the stop/clear key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Turning auto start function ON/OFF
Description
Selects if the auto start function is turned on.
Purpose
Normally no change is necessary. If incorrect operation occurs, turn the function off: this may solve the prob-
lem.
Setting
1. Press the start key.
2. Select ON or OFF using the cursor up/down keys.
Initial setting: ON
3. Press the start key. The setting is set.
