Check Mechanical/Electrical
Connections
Heating, cooling, and normal vibrations may
cause connections to loosen over time. Perform
this procedure to check and tighten the
mechanical and electrical connections.
1. Turn the power OFF at the main discon-
nect switch.
2. Open both of the end frame doors.
3. Check and tighten all mechanical fasten-
ers.
4. Check all electrical connections in the
main electrical box.
5. Check the electrical components in both
end frames.
6. Make sure the electrical connections for
the touchless temperature sensors are
clean and tight. The connections are
located inside each thermocouple
connector.
7. Make sure the electrical connections for
the UV flame scanners are clean and
tight.
8. Close and secure the end frame doors.
