Removes the drive from the network and brakes it to standstill.
z Activate with DFRFG-QSP = HIGH.
z Set deceleration time via C0753.
z Store the setpoint phase detected at DFRFG-IN.
z Approach the setpoint phase via the profile generator after resetting the quick stop request.
