Initial Shelf Turnup and Establishing End-to-End System
NOTE:
These procedures are used to equip DDM-2000 OC-3 shelves, establish
end-to-end OC-3 systems, and establish initial end-to-end DS1/DS3
service after all necessary bay, shelf, and cable installation has been
done.
