D. If the letter "P. " is displayed in the FE ID display, this indicates that it is a
NE SW generic download issue.
•RefertoDLP-532, Step 19.
E. If the letter "U" is displayed in the FE ID display, this indicates that
SYSCTL switch S1 is not set properly for the type of shelf being equipped.
• Set switch S1 on the SYSCTL properly and do trouble clearing per
TAP-122.
F. If the letter "E" is displayed in the FE ID display, this indicates that the
SYSCTL must be replaced.
• Obtain replacement SYSCTL and repeat procedures in DLP-501.
G. If the letter "F" is displayed in the FE ID display, this indicates that the
SYSCTL faceplate latch is not fully latched.
• Indicates SYSCTL faceplate latch is not fully seated. If SYSCTL has
just been replaced, unplug SYSCTL and repeat procedures of
DLP-501.IforiginalSYSCTL has just been unplugged and reseated,
properly seat the faceplate latch. (A reset occurs after the facelate is
seated.)
H. If a flashing letter "L" is displayed in the FE ID display, this indicates a low
voltage condition (brownout) on the shelf.
• Clear trouble using Trouble Clearing: TAP-121.

NOTE:
The default shelf is the one physically connected to the PC. To set the
baud rate automatically, enter two carriage returns (<cr><cr>), two lower
case "a"s (aa), or two upper case "A"s (AA). All other characters are
ignored.
