Zip File Manager tab
The ZipFile Managertab displays options you can select to customize theway
you wa nt Zip Manager to wo rk on your computer.
• General Options are: Show Icon on Desk top; Add to Send To menu; and
Star t with Wizard.
• Compression Option is Save Folder Information.
After making your selection, click Apply; then click O K.

Disk Minder
Disk Mind e r lets you safely, easily, and quickly diagnose and rep air existing
or potential problems w ith the disk d rives where you save y our valuable
application programs and dat a.
When should you use Disk M inder? Immediately after a system crash or
whe neve r you receive a message telling yo u a file c annot be accessed for a ny
reason, you should use Disk M inder to verify th e integrity of the disk
containing tha t file. The earlie r you fix a disk problem, the less chance the re is
of it cau sing a more serious problem down the road.
TIP:When you useDisk Minder, always c reate an Undo file. T hen if the
re pairs c ause any unex p ected or undesirable results, you canrevert to the
Undo file so the d isk returns to its state before you ran Disk Minder.
Using Disk Minder
You can use Dis k Mind e r in t hree m ain ways:
Auto fix errors
Use Disk Minder f or Windo ws to automatically fix errors. J u st start Disk
Minder, s elect the disk drives t o check, select whether you want to check t he
disk surface for read errors, select the Fix Errors Automatically Using Default
Values check box , and click the St art but ton. Until the process is c omplete, y ou
can walk away from your PC because no further interaction is required.
