Makesuretounderstandhowtousethesprayratecontroller(seethecontrolleroperatorsmanual).
Usethefollowingprocedurefortestingthesystem:
1.Estimatethespeedandapplicationrateanddesiredspraypressure.
2.Checktoseethatthenozzletipsareoversizedfortheaveragerateattheaboveconditions.
3.Fillthetankwithwater,driveunitataveragespeed.
4.Setspraypressureatwhatisnormallyused.
5.Seeiftheratecontrollercanmaintainthedesiredrate.Ifnot,changenozzletipsoradjustpressuretocorrect.
6.Usethecontrollertoboosttheapplicationrateupwardanddownwardtocoverthedesiredcontrolrange.Ifyou
cannotachievethedesiredrange,changenozzletipsorpressuresettings.
7.Oncetherangeisset,gobacktotheaveragedesiredsprayrate,drivealongandvarythepressuretoseethe
rangeofdropletsizespossible.
8.Oncethepressuresandratesareset,drivealongandvarythegroundspeed.SeethatIntelliSpray™maintains
thepressureanddropletsizewhilemakingowcorrectionsforthespeedchanges.
