Problems Unable to print single route only.
Causes 1) Loosened linear encoder.
2) Loosed Y motor pulley and driving pulley.
3) Driving belt mounted over the pulley.
4) Loosed driving belt.
5) Extreme misaligned [500mm SQUARE].
Checking procedure 1)–4) Check Y-drive with eyes.
5) Check [500mm SQUARE] to set.
Remedies 1) Refix linear encoder.
2)–3) Refix pulley.
4) Adjust the belt tension.
5) Readjust [500mm SQUARE].
