The setting of measuring value used in Single comparison mode is executed.
• Please execute after selecting a set value : [0] (Simple comparison mode) in the
setting of S function SF-01.
• Please do not change in the set value under the measurement because the A/D
sampling rate decreases temporarily while rewriting the set value.
