Global Positioning System, Bluetooth, and Global
Navigation Satellite System Section
NOTE: GNSS is only applicable for MTP3100/MTP3150/MTP3200/MTP3250 Version B, MTP3250
Version C and MTP3500/MTP3550. Bluetooth (BT) is not applicable for MTP3150.
The GPS/BT is provided by a single chip solution in a 65-nm CMOS process that integrates GPS and
Bluetooth functions. The GNSS is a concurrent GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou) positioning chip.
The GPS/BT and GNSS section includes the following main components:
● Duplexer
● Front filters (separate filters for GPS and BT)
● Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO)
MTP3250 Version C and MTP3500/MTP3550 Version D
The GNSS is provided by a single chip solution in QFN28 packaging. The GNSS is a concurrent GNSS
(GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo) positioning chip.
The GNSS section includes the following main components:
● Duplexer
● Front filters (separate filters for GPS and BT)
● Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO)
Meanwhile, BT is provided by a single chip solution in a 65-nm CMOS process.
