C - 14 MC9190-G User Guide
5250 Emulator Keypad
There are two physical configurations of the 5250 emulator keypad, however both of the keypads are functionally
identical. The 5250 emulator keypad contains a Power button, application keys, scroll keys and a function key. The
keypad is color-coded to indicate the alternate function key (blue) values. Note that keypad functions can be
changed by an application so the MC9190-G’s keypad may not function exactly as described. See Table C-5 on
page C-15 for key and button descriptions and Table C-7 on page C-20 for the keypad’s special functions.

NOTE The 5250 emulator configuration is only used when the MC9190-G is running the 5250 emulation software.
When the MC9190-G is not running the 5250 emulation software, the 5250 keypad functions are the same as
a 53-key keypad.
