Preventive Maintenance
The maintenance intervals are general guidelines based on experience.
Depending on the operating environment, production conditions and melter
hours of operation, other scheduled maintenance tasks may prove
necessary.
Resetting Maintenance Interval
When the time that the customer has defined as the Maintenance interval
has elapsed, a warning is indicated (software version 6.47.035 and higher)
and the maintenance symbol (wrench) lights up.
RESET: The timer for the service interval is reset, the warning is revoked,
and the service symbol is switched off.
NOTE: Coupling and motor controller are maintenance-free.
