If the motors are to be switched via the interface Standard I/O,
change the motor enable from Control panel to Control panel AND
standard I/O.

(Example)
If standby is switched on via the interface (rising edge), it can be
switched off with the seven-day clock or by the operator on the
control panel (Who-touched-me-last).
If standby is then to be switched on again via the interface, it must first
be switched off (falling edge) then on again via the interface.
