Routing fiber to the ABM when no FPP is installed
Special tools required
There are no special tools required for completing this procedure.
Materials required
split flex tubing, approximately 30 ft (9.12 m)
fiber patch cords or pigtails (see Table 7-9, Table 7-10 on page 7-36 and
Table 7-11 on page 7-36)
Table 7-9 lists the ordering information for optical patch cords.
Note: Ensure that the type of connector on the patchcord is compatible
with the type of connectors on the OC-3 or OC-12 card in the ABM shelf
and with the type of connectors in the FPP.
