Provisioning and verifying the external alarms

1 Provision the E2A parallel telemetry alarms through the AccessNode
software according to the Nortel Networks recommended provisioning shown
in Table 8-1.
Note 1:
The E2A provisionable alarms may be set according to standard local
customer practices. Nortel Networks recommends that the alarms are
provisioned in the software as per that shown in Table 8-1.
