To connect the ECA probe connector
1. Align the ECA probe connector correctly by matching its guide pins with the
EC ARRAY module receptacle (see Figure M-2 on page 179).
2. Gently press the ECA probe connector into the
EC ARRAY module receptacle until
completely inserted and maintain pressure on the probe connector.
3. Tighten the retaining screws located on each side of the ECA probe connector.
M.3 Probe Connectors
The probes can be connected to the eddy current array module using three types of
connectors.
• The first type is the Olympus ECA probe connector (see Figure M-3 on page 180).
