Number Name Function
Input terminals Used to connect input devices.
Expansion I/O
connecting cable
This is a connection cable to connect the adjacent CPU Unit, Expansion I/O
Unit, or Expansion Unit. For extended connections or vertical arrangements,
use the CP1W-CN811 I/O Connecting Cable (length: 800 mm).
Output terminals Used to connect output devices.
Input indicators Input status is displayed. An indicator will be ON when the input is ON.
Expansion connector CP-series Expansion I/O Units or Expansion Units can be connected.
Refer to 5-2-4 Connecting Expansion I/O Units and Expansion Units.
Output indicators Output status is displayed. An indicator will be ON when the output is ON.
