5-9-14 Move to Setting Area 1
Command
Use this command to move to setting area 1.
Use this command in setting area 0. If the Temperature Controller is in setting
area 1 when the command is received, the command is ignored.
If the set value of the “initial setting/communications protection” parameter is
2 (indicating that moving to initial setting or communications setting level is
disabled) when the Temperature Controller receives the command, the Tem-
perature Controller returns an error.
Before executing this command, use an operation command to enable com-
munications writing.
Response
Response code: The code shown above represents normal completion. For

5-7 Operation Commands.
5-9-15 Move to Protect Level
Command
This command moves the Temperature Controller to the protect level. Refer to
6-3 Setup Level Configuration and Front Panel Keys for information on protect
level.
This command can be used in setting area 0 only. If the Temperature Control-
ler is in setting area 1 when the command is received, it returns an error.
Before executing the command, use an operation command to enable com-
munications writing.
