Parameter Mailbox No.
Default Same as the extension number
Value Range
Up to 16 digits consisting of 0-9, , # or P [Pause].
Description/Function Specifies the mailbox number which is usually the same as the
extension number.
Note
This mailbox number is sent to the VPS as Follow-on ID
when Inband Integration is activated.

Parameter [VM Key] VTR
Default Blank
Value Range 3-4 digits consisting of 0-9
Description/Function Specifies the Directory Number of the Voice Mail extension.
"VM Key" screen is displayed by clicking on this
screen.
VTR (Voice Mail Transfer) button is used to transfer the call to the
Panasonic VPS (Voice Processing System) so that the caller can
leave his message in the mailbox of the desired extension.

Description/Function Specifies the Directory Number of the Voice Mail extension.
"VM Key" screen is displayed by clicking on this
screen.
2WAY-REC (Two-Way Record) button is used to record a
conversation into the mailbox of the PC Console user.
