Description/Function Specifies the destination extension where the call is transferred to
when all extensions in the Extension Group are unavailable or
logged-out in Day / Night mode respectively.

Value Range None, 5-180 s in 5 s increments
Description/Function Specifies the length of time in seconds the system is to wait before
transferring the call in the waiting queue to the Overflow
Destination.
(Assignable only when "Operator" is specified in "Group Type"
programming.)

• If "None" is specified, the call is transferred to the Overflow
Destination immediately.
