No clamping pressure
or the pressure is
being built up too
slowly.
- Please refer to: "No fast clamp movement before pressure
build-up" described above.
- Use the "Clamp" key on the control panel to lock the clamp
after cutting. Please refer to "Clamping" in the Operating
Manual.
- Readjust the pressure on the clamp over the entire range
and check it at M2, using a test manometer.
- Check the pressure of the gear pump with a test manometer
connected to M1 while the clamp is locked and the pres-
sure set to maximum.
⇒ If the gear pump does not deliver the maximum pres-
sure change the pump.
The clamp returns
slowly after cutting.
- Please refer to: "The clamp returns slowly after preclamping"
described above.
- Y60 does not switch.
⇒ Change the multiway valve.
- Suction valve SRV does not reset.
⇒ Change the reset spring.
Jerky bouncing of the
clamp when coming
to rest on the pile.
- Check non-return valve RV1.
⇒ Foreign body in the ball seat.
⇒ Jammed spring.
The clamp bumps
into its upper end
position.
- Check end position damping in the clamping cylinder.
The hydraulic oil is
heavily foaming.
- The pump suction line is not deep enough in the oil tank.
⇒ Force the hose deeper into the tank.
- The suction line/pump line is leaking.
⇒ Re-tighten the connection.
- The pump is defective.
⇒ Change the pump.
The clamp comes
down only slowly and
with heavy noise/the
clamp does not re-
lease the pile any
more.
- Fast speed is blocked by stop valve STV.
⇒ Check the stop valve.
Preclamping by the
pedal does not work.
- The fast speed line is blocked by stop valve STV.
⇒ Check the stop valve.
⇒ Check the adjustment of switch S69.1.
Clamp stroke limita-
tion does not work.
- Check the voltage supply for the solenoid valve (connector
X803).
- Check the adjustment of switch S69.1.
- Check the solenoid valve connector.
