PIAGGIO Beverly 500 i.e. - Removing the Starter Motor; Removing the Flywheel Magneto

Removing the starter motor
N.B.
THIS OPERATION MAY ALSO BE CARRIED OUT WITH FLYWHEEL COVER ASSEMBLED.
- Loosen the two fastening screws.
- Extract the complete starter motor.
Removing the flywheel magneto
N.B.
IF YOU MUST REMOVE THE FLYWHEEL, IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE CHAIN GUIDE
SLIDING BLOCK RETAIN PLATE FIRST.
- Unscrew the 3 fastening screws and remove the
chain guide sliding block retain plate and the start-
up rim.
- Align the holes obtained on the flywheel with the
crankcase housing to allow the introduction of the
special tool.
