The amount of time (in milliseconds) the PLX51-PBM waits
for a DPV1 response before timing out and responding to
the EtherNet/IP request with a Timeout Status.
Connection Reference Received from the DPV1 Class 2
Initialize Response.
The DPV1 Slot number which must be read.
The DPV1 Index number which must be read.
The maximum number of bytes that must be read.

This is the extended status of the DPV1 data exchange. See
appendix for the definitions of the returned extended status.
The length of the data returned.

will be equal to the Data Length in the response.
