What to do if my Pulsar ULTRA TWIN display an incorrect reading for the current level?

  If your Pulsar Measuring Instruments are displaying an incorrect reading, measure the actual distance from the transducer head to the surface of the material. Then, enter Program Mode and directly access P21 (Set Distance), type in the measured distance, press ENTER, and ENTER again when prompted. Wait until SET is displayed and return to Run Mode. The display should now update to the correct reading.

  If the LEDs on your Pulsar Measuring Instruments are changing color at the relevant relay switch points, but the relays are not changing state, check the power supply to the unit and make sure the voltage selector is set to the correct position.
