A large braking torque can be obtained by applying a direct current to the motor. These
parameters set the direct current to be applied to the motor, the application time and the
starting frequency. During DC braking, a-07 displays.
DC braking can be activated by two methods as follows:
Automatically DC braking: when operation frequency decreases below f506, DC braking
is activated.
Input terminal signal: when the input terminal function 13 is ON, DC braking is activated.

he overload protection sensitivity of the inverter increases.
The DC braking current may be adjusted automatically to prevent tripping.
