Viewing a FREEDOM Communication Status
Window
The Communication Status window for FREEDOM ports displays numerical
commands as they are entered by the FREEDOM port user and also translates the
numerical commands into words so that you can monitor the FREEDOM port
user’s actions.
To view a FREEDOM port’s status:
With the Communication Status window open, highlight the FREEDOM port
you would like to view.
The FREEDOM port status is displayed on the right side of the window.
Viewing a FREEDOM Port in the Communication Status Window
If a FREEDOM user is entering numerical commands, they will be displayed
in the top right of the Communication Status window. A word description of
the numerical commands is displayed beneath the commands.
Every FREEDOM port access is recorded by Maxicom
2
and is saved to a file.
The file is named according to the date of access and is stored in the
FREEDOM folder created by Maxicom
2
on your hard drive.
