• Product serial number used for registration.
• Product version number. You can find the version number by selecting

• The type of computer hardware you are using.
• The software version numbers from Windows and Microsoft Word.
• Exact wording of any messages that appear on your screen.
• What you were doing when the problem occurred.
• How you tried to solve the problem.
