3 Click on the checkbox next to “Backup purged data into historical database” if
you want the system to automatically back up the purged data into an
historical database.
To purge and back up data manually:
1 Select the database purge time length by either entering the number of
months (1-24) or use the scroll buttons on the right side of the field to enter a
number without typing.
The purge date automatically changes below.
2 Press the “Manually purge the data...” button.
The system purges the data older than the date you selected in step 1.
3 Press the “Back up current database to historical database now” button.
The system backs up the current database to a historical database.
