Sets the modem for transmission.
The default is "00" (V29).
Bit 5: 0, Bit 4: 0 = V29
Bit 5: 0, Bit 4: 1 = V17
Bit 5: 1, Bit 4: 0 = V34*
Bit 5: 1, Bit 4: 1 = Not used
*V34 is not supported for IP-Fax communication.
