4.8.2 DEVELOPMENT ROLLER
: If the development sleeve needs to be replaced, replace the entire
development unit. This is because the PG (photoconductor gap) is a very
precise adjustment that requires factory precision. The Development
Roller is not available as a service part.
1. PCDU ( p.4-32)
2. Open the PCDU. ( p.4-33)
3. Upper development cover ( p.4-40)
4. Development roller [A]
Work carefully to avoid scratching or nicking the development roller.
Cleaning Procedure
1. PCDU ( p.4-32
2. Remove the two screws [A] and open the PCDU as shown above.
