average coverage is calculated as follows:
IMAGEpix ÷ A4pix × 100 where IMAGEpix is
the total number of pixels in the image areas,
and A4pix is the total pixels in the printable
areas on the paper. These SPs assume that the
printer has been using only A4 paper regardless
of actual paper sizes used.
