2.2 SERVICE MAINTENANCE
Necessary Setting
When replacing the following units or components, execute SP7-905 (PM Parts
Clear):
• Transfer belt unit
• Transfer roller
• Transfer roller cleaning unit
• Paper feed roller
• Separator pad
Page Count
The table lists the components that need maintenance work when the printer has
output a certain number of printed pages.
Key: C: Clean, R: Replace, L: Lubricate, I: Inspect, KP = 1,000 prints

SEF,
5% image coverage ratio, two pages per job, 50% color ratio
(number of cycles is also considered in this formula).

this table are calculated under the conditions above.
2) These are the maintenance yields for these parts based upon the above
conditions. Any differing part yields for these items are based upon
different formulas (conditions).
