1. Open the front cover [A].

3. Internal cover [C] (Hinge Pin x 2)
NOTE: The hinge pins are located
on the front-side of the
inner cover.

4. Remove cover

1. Top cover ( 3.1.1)
2. Release the strap [A] ( x 1, Guide x 1).
3. Unplug connector, right side ( x 1).
4. Remove retainer bracket ( x 2).
5. Carefully remove rear cover with the transfer unit and the paper exit unit.
NOTE: The hinges are strongly spring-loaded, be certain to press down the left
hinge, angle the cover out, then press down the right hinge to fully
remove the cover.
When reinstalling, the longer of the two retainer bracket screws is used
in the upper screw location on the bracket.
