6.7.6 PAPER END SENSOR
The paper end sensor [A] is located above the backside (rear) of the paper tray.
When the paper is in the tray, the paper pushes up the bottom end of the feeler [B].
In this case, the feeler does not actuate (interrupt) the paper end sensor. When the
paper is not in the tray, the bottom end of the feeler drops into an opening in the
paper tray’s base [C]. In this case, the feeler actuates (interrupts) the paper end
sensor.
