• Check for line noise.
• Adjust the tx level (use NCU parameter 01 or the
dedicated tx parameter for that address).
• Check the line connection.
• Defective remote terminal.
6-21 V.21 flag detected during high speed
modem communication
• The other terminal may be defective or incompatible.
6-22 The machine resets the sequence because
of an abnormal handshake in the V.34
control channel
• Check for line noise.
• If the same error occurs frequently, replace the FCU.
• Defective remote terminal.
6-99 V.21 signal not stopped within 6 s
• Replace the FCU.

• Check the connection of the HDD.
• If the problem persists, replace the HDD and/or
harness.

• Double registration of the SIP user name.
• Capacity for user-name registration in the SIP server
is not sufficient.

• Incorrect initial setting for the SIP server.
