(b) Scratches or Streaks on the Back of the Paper / Chattering Noise
1. If the paper is not registered as custom paper, register the brand of the paper.
2. In [Detailed settings] for custom paper, check the decurling level in 1321-01: [Correction
Mode].
3. In accordance with the decurling level, decrease the applicable setting's value by 0.5%.

1. If the paper is not registered as custom paper, register the brand of the paper.
2. In [Detailed settings] for custom paper, check the decurling level in 1321-01: [Correction
Mode].
If set to "Decurler: Correction Strong", go to the next step.
If not, change the setting to "Decurler: Correction Strong", and then go to the next step.
3. Check if the curl is straightened.
