Description 1
Enable the positive duty cycle measurement function of the specified channel and the statistic function of
the measurement results.

Query the statistic maximum value (SMAXimum), minimum value (SMINimum), current value (SCURrent),
average value (SAVerage), or standard deviation (SDEViation) of the positive duty cycle measurement
results when the positive duty cycle measurement function of the specified channel and the statistic
function of the measurement results are enabled.

Return Format
The query returns the statistic maximum value, minimum value, current value, average value, or standard
deviation of the positive duty cycle measurement results in scientific notation. When the measurement
results are invalid, the query returns 9.9e37.
