Defines how many symbols build up the serial pattern.
Parameters:
<PatternLength> Number of symbols
Range: 1 to 4
Increment: 1
*RST: 1

Sets the number of symbols before the first symbol of the pattern.
Parameters:
<PatternByteOffset> Number of ignored symbols
Range: 0 to 4095
Increment: 1
