7.2. Monitor
7.2.1. Nothing Is Displayed on the Screen
The HDMI Cable, the monitor, or the PC Module may be defective.
1. Check the status of the product with the printer output.
2. Check the status of the monitor connection cable.
3. If the methods in ‘1’ and ‘2’ fails to solve the problem, it is possible that the monitor and/or
PC Module may have failed.
Please inspect the PC Module, BE Board, or BP Board.
7.2.2. Screen is Discolored
The Monitor and HDMI cable may have failed or the Monitor and/or PC Module may have failed.
1. Check the status of the monitor connection cable.
2. If the method described in ’1’ fails to solve the problem, it is possible that the monitor and/or
PC Module may have failed. Please inspect the PC Module, BE Board, or BP Board.
