1. Magneto flywheel
11, Generating Coil
To replace generating coil:
– Heat the armature plate to 93°C (200°F) around
the screw holes to break the threadlocker
bond.
1. Heat the armature plate
– Remove screws.
– Uncrimp and unsolder BLACK/RED wire from
coil.

13, Battery Charging Coil
To replace battery charging coil:
– Heat the armature plate to 93°C (200°F) around
the screw holes to break the threadlocker
bond.
1. Heat the armature plate
– Remove screws.
– Uncrimp and unsolder YELLOW and YEL-
LOW/BLACK wires from coil.
