At seal assembly, apply a light coat of lithium
grease on seal lips.

shim; the gap between the seal and bearing will
ensure proper lubrication of the bearing.

Make sure drive pins of bearings are properly in-
stalled in crankcase recesses at assembly.

Press gear

onto counterbalance shaft tak-
ing care to align both marks previously traced.

CAUTION
Counterbalance shaft must be properly as-
sembled, otherwise engine will vibrates and
premature wear will occur.
