Route Wiring
Refer to Cable Checklist found on page 8-7.
Route Y motor cable along lip of YZ car.
Route cable from the Z Zero Wago connector, Y
proximity switch, and fan spindle along with the Y
motor cable across the top of the YZ car.
Route cables through Y-axis e-chain.
Ensure no zip ties are in the e-chain, as they will
get hung up, and make sure cables are not too
tight in the E-chain.
Zip tie cables to rst and last e-chain links.
Zip tie cables to tie brackets (see picture on left).
Note: Spindle power cable is the orange cable in picture. This is not installed until p.
8-7.
Mount Auxiliary Emergency Stop Switch
There are pre-threaded holes available on both gantry endplates. The
auxiliary emergency stop switch can be mounted on either location. The
example shown will be mounted on the control box side gantry plate.
