Route Spindle Cable
Route orange spindle cable from the VFD, under the table, through the X-axis
e-chain, through the Y-axis e-chain, and into the spindle.
Keep spindle cable separate from the others, as it is capable of generating
noise, which could affect the machine electronics.
Close all e-chain gates.
Route cables under table to control box. If installing (or planning to install) 10”
table extension, ensure an extra 10” of slack is available in the cables.
Cable Checklist
Note: In both cable carriers, keep the spindle/router power cord separate from the other cables. This
will prevent electrical interference that may cause connection problems during use.
All wires and cables from the gantry will be carried in the X and Y axis cable carriers. Use this checklist
to inspect cables before closing the cable carrier.
