Start SOPAS using the desktop icon or the Windows Start menu.
A new project is automatically created in SOPAS ET. One or more devices are combined
and edited in a single project.

If necessary, change the IP address of the configuration PC to the address range of the
connected LMS500.
▸
Click the Search settings button. The Connection Wizard helps you establish a
connection to a connected device.
▸
Select the Device family oriented search option and click Next to confirm.
