7.2.4 Replacing the VMC800
The system parameters of the VMC800 are stored on the inserted USB stick. This makes
it quick and easy to replace components.
Part No. Meaning
2078873 VMC800 volume measurement controller
Undo the screws on the CAN cable and remove the plug.

Undo the screws of the mains plug and remove the plug.

Unplug the Ethernet cable from the female connector.

Using a (magnetized) flat blade screwdriver or a torx screwdriver, undo the four screws
on the bracket of the VMC800.
NOTE! Hold the device with one hand while undoing the last screw.
Remove the defective VMC800 from the cabinet.
