4. Double-click to run the following file: CAPI_HiPath 1000_XXX.exe. In the corre-
sponding window, use “Browse“ to choose the installation path for decompress-
ing “Call-Bridge for Data“ (e.g., the temporary folder and C:\Temp) then decom-
press the file using “Decompress.“
Proceed with the installation which matches your operating system:
Next, install the CAPI applications.
Windows 98 SE
1. The Add New Hardware Wizard window appears. A message will appear indicat-
ing that Setup will search for new Composite USB device drivers. Click "Next" to
proceed.
2. Select the option "Search for the best driver for your device" and click "Next."
3. Select the “Specify a location:“ checkbox and click “Browse“ to select the direc-
tory where the uncompressed CallBridge for Data is stored (e.g., C:\Temp). Click
"Next" to proceed.
4. A message will appear indicating that the best driver for the hardware has been
found.
Click "Next" to proceed.
5. A message appears confirming that the Composite USB device installation was
completed. Click "Finish."
