Onto Forms
The following example shows a task
which probably confr

day: printing a r
eport onto a pr

fined form. Some, if not all, of the re
port components must appear exactly
at the predefined place on the page.
To implement a bill in this situation,
the ReportDesigner offers a template
interface.
Superimposing Bitmaps
Using the "View-Load Bitmap" menu
option, it is possible to superimpose a
bitmap on the work surface. In this ex
ample it's a piece of stationery, which
was scanned at low resolution (72 dots
per inch). With this as a template, it's
very easy to place individual objects in
their predefined positions. Here we
placed the billing address in the ad
dress window. With this technique
you can create even complex forms
with little effort.
