3.5 Batch record
Batch records cannot be activated unless the optional software package Batch
Data Management is installed.
The standard batch record of BATCH flexible is activated via ’Print’ and
includes all data which document the operational sequence of a batch. It is
divided into the following sections:
S Batch identification data,
S Description of the batch (comment),
S Batch sequence (automation functions),
S Measured values,
S Operator messages and
S Process messages.
The batch is uniquely identified by logging the batch designation, product,
quality, quantity, corresponding order, recipe and run time.
The individual description (comment) of the batch (see Chapter 6.3.2
Batch mask) is logged.
The batch sequence is reproduced by making a record of the automation
functions involved in the batch. For each AF the AF designation, number of
the control recipe step in which the AF was activated, starting and finishing
time, and setpoint and actual values.
You can activate the summary batch record by selecting ’Set up page...’in
the’Batch flexible’ menu. In the ’Set up page’ dialog box, change the Batch
layout file to ’ch_sum.rol’. If you now print one or more batches, this will be
printed out as a totals record.
The batch totals record contains selected data from one or more batches, such
as name, product, quality, nominal quantity, order, recipe name, starting and
finishing time as well as the batch’s run time.
