82 Automatic calibration Calculating the scale characteristic curve based on the load cell pa‐
rameters from DR10. The calculated characteristic curve is entered
directly in DR03 and DR04, and thus activated immediately after exe‐
cuting the command. The scale must be empty when the command is
executed. The accuracy of a scale that is automatically calibrated de‐
pends heavily on the mechanical setup!
P
83 Check calibration The command calculates the theoretical digital values in relation to the
calibration weights using the load cell parameters from DR10 and the
calibration weights 1 to 4 from DR03. The output of these theoretical
digits is made in DR04. The function can be used to compare the cali‐
bration digits in DR03 that were determined during a calibration with
calibration weights (commands 61 to 64) with the theoretically expec‐
ted digits.
907 Set impedance reference The currently measured impedance value (DR30) is transferred to
DR10 as impedance reference.
910 Trigger for monitoring of
Modbus communication
Starts time-based monitoring of Modbus communication
